The Team

Since the beginning of Sonixinema we have been lucky to work with some of the best musicians, engineers, composers, scripters, editors, marketing and content creators, and without them, none of this would be possible.

Whilst the core team of Sonixinema is small, we're lucky to also work with a host of exceptionally talented freelancers on a regular basis to help us bring our ideas and products to life. Below are the bios of our core team.

Co-Founder

Tomas Blazukas

An accomplished supervising sound editor and sound designer, Tomas is known for his diverse portfolio spanning acclaimed feature films.

This interest led him to play in live bands before immersing himself in electronic music production—eventually discovering his love for sound design in motion pictures.

While studying for his MA in Film Sound at the National Film and Television School, Tomas met Louis Dodd. Sharing a vision of crafting innovative sample libraries, they co-founded Sonixinema, a company dedicated to pushing the boundaries in creating inspiring virtual instruments.

Alongside his work at Sonixinema team, Tomas has collaborated with some of the industry's leading directors, including Kenneth Branagh (Belfast – Oscar-nominated for Best Sound, A Haunting in Venice, Artemis Fowl), Ridley Scott (House of Gucci), Guy Ritchie (In The Grey), Paul Feig (Last Christmas, The School for Good and Evil), among many other notable projects.
