This new range of hybrid scoring tools are designed with you, the composer, in mind. We wanted to explore previously unchartered territory, by redefining the modern string library and bringing something fresh to the virtual instrument world. Not only did we set out to create an exciting and unique ensemble of instruments, but we also spent months designing custom sound shaping modules to allow maximum control over the instruments. Housed within our brand new hybrid scoring engine, this library is truly one of a kind and the perfect addition to your collection of virtual instruments.

We recorded on a dry scoring stage in the heart of London with a selection of high quality microphones such as AKG C414's, and focused on pristine audio quality to enhance the finest sonic details and provide maximum realism. In addition to this, we created custom impulse responses to provide unique reverbs and spacial effects to add character and dimension to your sound.

For this library we built a new custom Kontakt engine from scratch, designed to inspire a quick and highly creative way of working. It features two tabs - the Main Engine and the Effects Engine. The main engine provides easy access to all of the main instrument controls such as volume, pan, pitch, amp ADSR, high and low pass filters and a custom Destroy knob which can be used to mangle and intensify the sound. The effects engine provides a wide variety of on board effects which can be used to shape your sound without the need of external plugins or presets. Combined this gives you a highly flexible engine which works perfectly with this unique collection of string samples!
